Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit my website.

I provide in-person (Bexhill, St Leonards and Hastings) and also distant Reiki treatments to individuals with a range of presenting concerns, across the UK and further afield.

Some of the challenges people approach me for help with, include: Migraines, Sleep Problems and Insomnia, Chronic Pain, Chronic Fatigue, Stress, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI), Cancer and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

I was quite surprised how quickly the heat from Greg’s hands dispersed the tension from my shoulder.
